I increased my energy level. I ate better and became more aware of the things I was putting in my body. I gained muscle. I am stronger. I am a winner!!!
I won! I won! I won this challenge!
I made exercise part of my routine for the first time in my life.
I dragged myself out of bed at 4:30 am to go to State Street class at least 3 times a week if not more.
I was so sore the first week I didn’t know if I’d ever sit down again…but I kept going!

I am good at planking, flamingos and mountain climbers.
I am healthier than I was 10 weeks ago.
I lost 4.75 inches.

I will continue to work on eating small meals more often.
I will continue to work out so I can be strong and healthy for my husband, my children and my grandchildren.
