- What were your reasons for accepting the Lean for Life Challenge?
I started Fitmania in July of 2015. This challenged ended shortly after my one year anniversary and I wanted to see the results for an entire year.
- What were your successes, obstacles, life changes, etc. during the Challenge?
My biggest challenge continues to be food. Planning and eating healthier is no easy job. I get better each week. The other interesting obstacle has been my endurance. I seem to be able to lift additional weight, do many more push ups, use the black band in the exercises, but I get tired a bit easier when doing high cardio. I feel like this is the next step in a healthier me.
