
I feel like I was able to maintain my workout schedule through the challenge. Part of that success comes from teaching classes so I’m grateful for that. Food and goals were the hang up with needing to move a few times during the second half of the challenge and having most of my kitchen packed up during this time. No excuses though, right?! Because of this challenge I am able to say I’ve learned that I need a routine and stability to keep me feeling hopeful and determined. It’s a reminder to keep balance in my life and to stay consistent with the basics.
I would love to see my dad do a challenge. It would help with some back problems and overall fitness and it would be another way to connect with him. I could check in with him as well as share things with my mom, such as recipes, that would help him succeed.
