You never have to reserve your spot in a class. It’s your fitness, and your schedule! Check out our schedule and drop by at the class that works. Remember- Your first week is on us! Just click here to claim it.
Not sure what to expect? Just show up about 15 minutes before a workout and a trainer will work to resolve any concerns/questions you may have. Remember, all fitness levels are welcome. If you can walk through our door, you can certainly do one of our workouts!

We design our training packages to be as flexible as possible. Here are our payment options:
Pay Monthly: Our monthly packages start at just $110 a month, $300 for 3 months (paid in advance), and just $55 for teens. This option is the most inclusive and allows you unlimited sessions each month.
Punch Card: A 10 session punch card is $100- you can use those 10 sessions whenever you want.
Drop In: We’ll never turn you away! Anyone can participate in any class. The drop-in fee is $15 a class.
