WHAT TO EXPECT ON REGISTRATION DAY
We work hard to make this day as comfortable as possible for you. You will need:
- Just a little time. Roughly an hour is needed to complete your consultations, measurements, and pictures.
- An outfit for your pictures (Women typically wear bathing suits or a sports bra and active wear. Men typically wear shorts or compression shorts). This will allow you to see the physical changes you make over the 90 days.
Registration Day is exciting! Individuals from all fitness levels come together with varying goals to make the same commitment – the commitment that the following 90 days will bring about the changes been hoping for.
NOT LOCAL? NO PROBLEM.
FitMania’s FitLife 90 day Challenges are now available to anyone regardless of where you live via FitMania LIVE, an easy to use program that let’s you achieve your fitness goals from your living room, home gym or hotel room. It’s the same fitness protocol, just done remotely. You’ll get the same tools for success that will bring about results similar to the results you see on our website.

After registering for the challenge, you’ll receive your Challenge Guidebook along with instructions on taking before measurements and pictures.
Which challenge division will help you crush your fitness goals best?
DIVISION I – Novice
This division is for anyone who has not previously completed a Challenge or anyone who still feels new to the Challenge experience. This division is judged on overall transformation in 90 days based on the essay, measurements and pictures.
DIVISION II – Multi-Challenge
This division is for people who have completed at least one previous Challenge. The Multi-Challenge division is judged on transformation over the course of two or more Challenges based on the essay, measurements and pictures. Participants can choose which of their previous “before” Challenge pictures to use in this division.
DIVISION III – Couples and Buddies
This division is for any two people and will be judged on the combined overall transformation of both people based on the essays, measurements and pictures.
DIVISION IV – Online
This division is for people who are not local to one of our locations. Participants complete the boot camps via Facebook Live and are responsible for submitting their pictures and measurements. This division is judged on overall transformation in 90 days based on the essay, measurements and pictures.
DIVISION V – Advanced
This division is for people who want to focus on speed, agility and strength. In addition to the pictures, measurements and essay they will also need to complete a timed circuit of exercises at the beginning and end of the Challenge. The advanced division will be judged on their performance in the circuit of exercises as well as the essay, measurements and pictures.
DIVISION VI – Trainers only
This division is for any trainer or substitute trainer and the requirements are the same as the advanced division.
All participants choose a challenge division when they complete the registration.
